受限于场合，金泰妍还想维持住一个体面的淑女形象，否则她肯定会让金夏妍知道，什么叫做欧尼大人的威严。
这个时候，侍者拿着完整的一瓶红酒走了过来，双手持酒瓶，平稳递至牛宇一面前，使得标签正对牛宇一视线。
“Good evening， Sir. May I present your 2021 Col de' Salici Prosecco Rose DOC—this is the Veneto-region sparkling rosé you selected earlier. The vintage and producer are as we discussed. Could you please confirm this is the wine you’d like to enjoy tonight?”
“Yes， please.”
或许，是因为有了外人，金泰妍和金夏妍停止了打闹，安静了下来。
侍者将酒瓶轻放于固定酒托上，从服务巾包中取出侍酒刀，指尖轻握刀身中部。
“Thank you. I’ll proceed to open it for you now. This prosecco is best served chilled， so I’ve kept it at 9°C as recommended—does that temperature work for you， or would you prefer a slight adjustment?”
“This temperature is fine， just keep it.”
“OK.”
侍者用侍酒刀的箔纸刀沿瓶封顶部环割一圈，轻剥并取下顶部箔纸，拧开铁丝罩，再用干净服务巾擦拭瓶口内侧，并将螺旋钻垂直钻入酒塞。
接着，一手按住瓶塞、一手轻转瓶身。
待螺旋钻没入三分之二时，用酒刀杠杆轻撬酒塞，匀速拔出。
“Just a gentle cut to remove the foil—we want to keep the wine’s aroma sealed until the last moment. You’ll hear a soft pop—perfect， that means the pressure’s released smoothly without disturbing the wine.”开酒的同时，侍者还在称职地做着介绍。
将酒塞放置于小碟中（标签朝上），推至牛宇一手边，随后取牛宇一的品鉴杯，倒入约三分之一杯酒液，轻轻放在了牛宇一身前。
“Here’s the cork for your reference—it’s intact， so the wine’s been stored perfectly. I’ve poured a small sample for you to check the taste and condition. Please take a moment to swirl， smell， and sip—let me know if it meets your expectations.”
“No need， this is fine. Please help us serve the wine.”注意到了金妈妈和金夏妍有些不太自在，牛宇一加快了流程。
“OK， respecting your wishes， do all the ladies drink the wine?”
“No， this underage young lady doesn't drink.”
“Understood.”侍者点了点头，按照“女士优先”和“顺时针”的原则，分别为三人倒酒。
每倒一杯，侍者都会轻声说，“Enjoy your Prosecco Rose.”
“Please feel free to call me if you need anything， I’ll serve the rest of the table now.”
“Thank you， for all.”
……
“呼……”金泰妍和金妈妈还好，侍者离开后，金夏妍明显松了一口气，“姐夫，喝红酒这么麻烦的么？”
“要是英文不好，岂不是很尴尬？”
“金夏妍，刚才oppa和那位的对话，你听懂了多少？”蓦地，金泰妍开口问道。
同样的，抓住痛脚，直指核心。
“呃……”金夏妍挠了挠脸颊，视线飘忽了起来。
